Service Description
Designed for large properties, income properties, or any residence with special needs, the Custom Package offers you a fully personalized service lasting 1 to 4 hours, at a frequency that suits you: one-time, monthly, bi-monthly, or seasonal. Our dedicated team carries out a thorough assessment, incorporates your specific requests (water softener maintenance, basement inspection, barbecue maintenance, etc.) and coordinates external services as needed. We procure parts and supplies, perform advanced maintenance on each piece of equipment, and provide you with a detailed report with in-depth recommendations to optimize the performance and longevity of your installations, all with priority service tailored to the complexity of your residence. The price includes transportation and eco-friendly supplies. Any special supplies required for your equipment will be billed separately.
